Dr Stuart Llewellyn (Kris) has worked in and around the Malvern area for many years. Graduating from the University of Birmingham in 1997 after winning several undergraduate prizes.
Initially, Kris secured himself a role as a general dental practitioner in the Birmingham area and he also worked as part of the Maxillo-Facial team at Birmingham children’s hospital. It was during his time at the children’s hospital Kris was accredited membership into the prestigious faculty of general dental practitioners (Royal College of Surgeons London) and he was also awarded a membership for the faculty of dental surgeons (Royal College of Surgeons Ireland).
In 2004, after three years of full-time formal training at the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, Kris was awarded a Masters degree in Orthodontics and this allowed him to pursue recognised registration as a Specialist Orthodontist on the General Dental Council register. This accreditation recognises that he has undertaken the highest standard of training possible in Orthodontics in the UK.
Always ensuring he provides the best care for his patients; Kris offers both comprehensive and short-term orthodontics. The most common brace systems provided by Kris include metal and ceramic fixed braces, such as Damon braces, and clear aligners like Invisalign and Clear Correct as well as Incognito braces (a lingual brace system that is fitted onto the inside surface of the teeth).
Kris also accepts referrals for orthodontics from local General Dental Practitioners.
